I  participated in the GöteborgsVarvet in Gothenburg, Sweden on 21 May 2016, for the first time.  It was a special pleasure to do it with my brothers Ian and Ken, fantastically supported by sisters-in law Anjna and Bridget.  It's a half marathon and I've only done one of those before so I'm glad my knees held out. 

I am raising funds for a local charity: The Bridge Trust does very important work for single, homeless people in West Kent, providing a bridge from homelessness to accommodation, employment and independence.
