We've chosen the Teesside Hospice to benefit from our efforts, as they made such a difference to Pat in her final weeks. It's also a way for the family to be able to give a little back and say thank you.

We plan to do the Gallon Walk on Saturday 20th June, an event that Pat has done so many times herself. For those who don't know, the Gallon Walk is a challenging 8 mile walk over some of the most beautiful countryside on the North Yorkshire moors, calling at 8 pubs along the way to sample some of the local ales or whatever you fancy.

Barclaycard Citizenship fund matching will be applied so what we raise will be matched by the bank up to a maximum of £1000, so I'm really determined to make sure we hit that maximum - with your help that is!
