After the exhaustion and elation of completing the Stafford "Half Ironman" , I said "never again".  So here I am signed up for the "Full Ironman" in Bolton in 2016!  A 2.4mile swim , 112 mile bike ride and then a marathon to look forward to, but as long as there`s a big glass of red wine at the end , all will be fine!

The training is constant and requires a very understanding and supportive family (which I am very lucky to have). This is a real challenge, so I hope you will support me with a generous donation towards Rotary Charities and "Clic Sargent Chlidren`s Cancer Care " who help children and families who are battling against cancer every day .Thank you for your support.
