I am running The London Marathon in place of Emma Topham so need to make sure I do it justice.  The money is going to a fantastic cause and there will be various fund raising events to help reach the target pledged.

I will also be attempting a Guinness World Record - The fastest marathon dressed as a chef.  The time is currently 4:47 which I thought, "no problem".  I now realise, as well as being dressed as a chef with a tall chef hat, I also have to carry a 3KG cooking pot or utensil in my hand the whole way round.
