Me and the Wozmiester are gonna try and run 13.1 miles on the 25th Sept. in Honour of our old Gaelic and Football manager "The Legend that is John Frain!!" We popped over to Eyeland to see him a couple of months ago and had a great weekend. We chewed the fat, remembered the days when we could run, (not very fast I'll admit!!) drank some beers and shed some tears, with John, his family and friends, oh and Kevin!!

Unfortunately, like many others, John is suffering from Alzheimer's ....................................... although he could still remember what a "GREAT" Gaelic player I was!! (or was he talking about Woz?) So, in Honour of John and all he did for us when we were kids and growing up, we'd like to try and raise as much money as we can for "The Alzheimer Society of Ireland" to help them and their volunteers assisting sufferers and their families dealing with this cruel condition.

If you could spare a pound/euro or two to help them in "Honour of John" we'd be most grateful, (dig deep you f##kers!!)
