Yes I have run London twice. Some of you may even have donated before, if so, thanks.  This year I am all in on breaking 4 hours at London, which has been on the bucket list since at least 2004 when I ran my first London (4 hours 59mins 30 secs). In 2014 I did 4.15.  So I'm getting faster as I get older. But it's going to be a battle, and I need your support.  As do people with Stickler Syndrome. It's a nasty, not very well publicised genetic condition that particularly affects children. Symptoms include - joint, hearing, eye and cleft
abnormalities.

They could really do with your support - more info at http://www.stickler.org.uk/info.htm  .  And yes I am aware that they should spend some of the money on a new website....

So please donate generously as I haven't got long to raise £1200, and if you donate then I will have to pay the shortfall.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
