Champneys Charitable Foundation is this year organising a Hike Bike Trike 10 mile challenge in support of two great charities.

BBC Children in Need make a real difference to the lives of children all across the UK. They provide grants to projects in the UK which focus on children and young people who are disadvantaged.

The other charity benefitting from this event is The Cystic Fibrosis Trust, the only UK-wide charity dedicated to fighting for a life unlimited  by Cystic Fibrosis for everyone affected by the condition. Through excellence in research and clinical care, their mission is to create a world where being born with CF no longer means a life-long struggle.
