Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

For the past 3 years I have been raising money as part of a 'forget me not' annual event for Derian House Childrens Hospice in memory of some dear friends daughter Alice Hannah Foster, who sadly died there in 2007 aged just 12 years old as a way of thanks for all the help & support they recieved there.

In the last couple of years I have gone through a very painful chest wax & last year, together with Alices sister Katie, took part in  a sky dive, which I have yet to over come! This years challange was set by the lads @ Clarke & Pullman from Burscough, to stick to something I'm more comfortable with....TRACTORS!

On 14th April I will be driving a brand new Fendt 700 Vario Tractor worth £175,000 straight out of the factory in Marktoberdorg Germany A JOURNEY OF 1437KM WHICH MUST BE COMPLETED ON A SINGLE TANK OF DIESEL.

I will hopefully arrive at my charity the wonderful Derian House Children's Hospice on the 15th April at around 2.00pm. My target is £7,000 which will be used for the Derian House Wish List to buy much needed items like the previous donations have made possible to buy like the special beds, one that enabled the children to get outside another was a safe protective 'zip' bed, several TV's have been purchased as well as the mobile sensory unit that was bought with last years sky dive donations (see gallery) these items make such a difference to the lives of the children @ Derian for however long they need it.

A donation of any amount is most welcome or I am hoping that for a £100 donation your buisness logo / name will be attatched / stuck to the tractor before it leaves Germany. This tractor will then be on show at the RIVERSIDE STEAM RALLY on 21st/22nd April 2012 for all to see just send a copy logo to paul.taylorplant@virgin.net

However little the donation it will make a big difference to this wonderful charity so thankyou X
