Story
In honour of Paul Withey, who was a much valued senior member of the CableCom team, we are looking to raise money to support the Children's Hospice South West (www.chsw.org.uk), CableCom Networking's selected charity, and a charity that was very much close to Paul's heart.
Paul unexpectedly passed away on the 2nd April 2016 whilst taking part in the 75k Tour de Bristol charity bike ride.
Paul's passion for life was infectious; whether he was managing his local football team, taking part in charity events, working with his colleagues or supporting his beloved Bristol Rovers - he always gave 100%.
Paul's love for the young was evident in his total devotion to his daughter Mollie and son Luke, and his many years spent with young players at www.aek-bocofc.com
Paul was deeply involved in a number of fundraising charity events and had completed some gruelling cycles and runs to raise money for the Children's Hospice South West.
Paul's family have been overwhelmed by the messages of condolences received from people who Paul has positively influenced throughout his life, and have requested that anyone wishing to make a charitable donation to please support this worthy cause.
Much of Paul's fundraising efforts were alongside his CableCom colleagues - he was in training for a number of planned events to take place over the next 12 months, and CableCom intend to drive these forward in honour of Paul, and raise as much money as possible for the Children's Hospice South West
