Story
For one night only on November 14th- November 15th, I will be sleeping rough in Hove, exposed to the elements with nothing more than warm clothing, a sleeping bag and a cardboard box to protect me from the elements. Why? Because so many men and women experience this as a daily reality and I want to raise money to help them, so they no longer have to rely on such basic provisions to survive. Antifreeze is an area of Off The Fence who work with hundreds of homeless individuals around Brighton & Hove who live like this day in, day out.
Last year Antifreeze supported 928 individuals who are homeless, had their day centre accessed a whopping 8067 times and housed 54 individuals! I believe we can continue to see positive growth in the number of people housed, referred, supported one-to-one and lives changed by investing in Antifreeze.
So please give generously! And remember me and the rest of the guys doing the sleepout on November 14th-15th. It’s going to be tough!
