My family and I have spent some time in Africa, travelling to rural communities distributing Lifewater kits to schools, nurseries, orphanages, hospitals, etc.

We have witnessed first hand the devastating effects that unsafe and dirty water can have on peoples lives. Whilst out in Uganda on a Lifewater distribution mission, I was really touched by the people's appreciation for something, such as clean water, that we in the developed world take for granted.

This has inspired me to take on the South Coast Challenge  and raise money to enable more people to have access to safe and clean drinking water.

By sponsoring me you will not only be positively contributing to these communities but will increase peoples life expectancy and quality of life.

£35 will enable a Static lifewater kit and two large plastic bins to be placed within one of their projects. Each lifewater system provides up to 150 litres of clean and safe drinking water per day.

These simple and highly effective water purification systems are changing the lives of thousands of people in developing nations.
