We deliver cancer services in N.Ireland to save lives and support people.

Story

"Peak to Peak" is a challenge to scale 4 mountains - one in each of the provinces of Ireland - and cycle over 500 miles in between, in 6 days.

We as a group have decided to undertake this challenge in support of two very carefully chosen charities:

The Michaela Foundation

Inspired by the life of Michaela McAreavey who died in January 2011. Approaching its 1st year anniversary, this foundation has initiated the 'Student Awards Scheme' which will provide students with financial assistance whilst promoting a lifestyle based on positive choices. Michaela was a close friend, and since her passing we have been inspired by the Foundation's positive action and constructive messaging, reflecting the values that Michaela lived by.

Action Cancer

Action Cancer's mission statement is to save lives and support people toward a pioneering role in the development of cancer services in Northern Ireland. Members of our team, like so many, have recently supported family members suffering with cancer, and feel the work carried out by this organisation is invaluable in supporting individuals and their families through what is always a challening and traumatic time.

These two organisations have the sole purpose of improving and making a difference in people's lives. Please donate and dig deep in support of our challenge, and for these two very worthwhile causes.
