Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. After completing the Great North Run in September, I decided that I would enter the Ballot for the London Marathon knowing that the chances of getting a place were very very slim.  Surprisingly when I got the rejection email I was a little disappointed.  Some how, the subject of running the Edinburgh Marathon was discussed and before I knew it I had a place.  Now in my mind this is complete madness, the thought of running the GNR getting to the finish and turning round and running back fills me with complete fear, however it is something that I now have to do, even if it means crawling over the finish line.  The fact that I am raising money for Shift.MS will definitely help get me to the finish.
