We have been made aware of a desperate situation in Spain and are appealing for donations to help this young male Galgo. This beautiful, young boy, who is only 16/18 months old, was given to a young girl by a hunter as he showed absolutely no interest in hunting but the parents never wanted the dog in the first place and are threatening to take him to the Perrera this week which in simple terms is a killing station. He is being kept shut in a very small room as the parents say that he is being attacked by the other dogs and so the poor lad is very overweight as he is hardly ever taken on walks but let out for very short periods to fend for himself. 'Perico' as he has been named needs to find an URGENT foster home or forever home where he can be brought up to his physical peak. The young girl is desperate that he is not sent to the killing station so we are appealing to everyone and anyone who can spare just a few pounds to help get him to safety and into a loving family under the KGUK umbrella. He is incredibly calm and loving for his tender years and walks to heel off lead... Just a lovely boy in dire need of our help.
