Family Nursing & Home Care are an outstanding charity that touch the lives of more people in Jersey than any other charitable organisation. Their team of dedicated and caring individuals, come together as a team in ways that are unsurpassed, making a real difference to families on an hourly basis.They are there 24 hours a day, helping families at some of the lowest times in their lives, providing not only medical help, but also emotional.

I'm running the Cape Wrath Ultra this week, it's an 8 day, 400km expedition race (248 miles), running from Fort William to Cape Wrath through the beautiful and daunting highlands in Scotland.

I decided to try and raise some money for Family Nursing & Home Care because I've seen first hand some of the amazing work their team do, and the real time difference they make to so many families.

Please, please, help me to help them continue with their mission. They need to raise £2m a year in order to continue with their valuable work and every little bit helps!!
