Last year a mate of mine suffered a big heart attack, not one of those gentle reminders that you should not be climbing the stairs so fast, this was one of those big, life changing ones which takes you and your family by surprise and things change from then on.

Thankfully he had a triple heart by[ass at Stoke hospital and almost a year on he has organised a walk in aid of a great charity to mark the most significant year in his life.

I, and around 8 others are walking with Mark the distance from Stoke hospital to Sutton Coldfield (some 38 miles approx) in one go, yes this will hurt, yes I will probably not walk well the next day, and yes I want to raise as much as I can for the buddy bag charity. So your help would be hugely appreciated and anything you can give would help.
