Uganda has had Universal Primary Education for a while now. The resulting pressure on the schools system is enormous. Soft Power works to rehabilitate schools in Busoga, our 'second home' in Uganda where we met when teaching there in the 1960's.

We visited Uganda in September 2011 for the Centennial Celebrations of our old school, Busoga College, Mwiri, and were very impressed by the work of Soft Power in improving the local quality of life through education and health programmes. You can see more at http://www.softpowereducation.com/.
