The Debenham family are raising money in Peter's memory for the University of Southampton's campaign for the Centre for Cancer Immunology. 

Peter and Sarah met whilst they were students at the University of Southampton and for that reason it has always held a special place in their hearts. Peter was very interested to hear about the University's fundraising campaign which aims to raise £25 million to create the UK's first dedicated Centre for Cancer Immunology research in Southampton. 

Immunology is a new approach to cancer treatment which mobilises the immune system to enable it to recognise, fight against and eradicate cancer. 

Over the past two years, Peter has been in conversations with the fundraising team and was planning to make a Bronze level donation.
