I am going to be running The Blaydon Race on the 9th June in aid of Wadud Abdul's wife Cheryl and children Mya and Isa after Wadud tragically died while on a family day out on the 29th May

Wadud was always so kind and thoughtful to me and he was a true friend. I feel that I owe it to him to do all that I can for his family at the sad time.
