Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page - Phil Harwood takes on The Dorset 100

The Long Distance Walkers Association (LDWA) organise their ‘flagship’ 100 event each Spring Bank Holiday Weekend. This event entails walking 100 miles in 48 hours. It is held in a different area each year - and in 2016 it is Dorset. There will be about 500 people starting the event on the morning of Saturday 28th May 2016 and they will walk with only short breaks until they finish. The fastest will finish in about 24 hours, and the slowest in 48 hours. There will be runners and walkers spread along the route during the weekend during the day and also at night.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the Royal National College for the Blind. So it’s the most efficient way to donate – saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
