Ironman, 17 July 2017
We provide awards for courage and bravery to children who fight illness or disability

Story

On the 17th July I'm praying the many hours of training were all worth it.

I need to swim 2.4 miles, cycle 112 miles and then run a full marathon of 26.2 miles all within the allowed time of 17 hours.  If not, the hoped for name of 'Ironman' stays as just 'man'.

Please make all the early morning, lunchtime and evening sessions worthwhile.  It's for an outstanding cause.

Cheers,

Phil
