Phil, James and Chris will be participating in their first Sprint triathlon (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run) on September 22nd in a bid to raise £1,000.00 for Depaul International.

Depaul International supports homeless people in the UK and Ireland, Slovakia, Ukraine, USA and most recently in France.  The charity works with homeless people to improve their health, enhance their quality of life and enable them to move away from life on the streets.  

Depaul International’s provides support to a wide range of people – young people, teenage parents, people with mental health problems, people with drug or alcohol addictions, women fleeing domestic violence and elderly people.  Homelessness really can affect anyone, at any point in their lives, with devastating results.  

In 2012, Depaul International provided support to over 11,500 people.  With your generosity, they can continue to provide vital services and reach out to more vulnerable people in need of a helping hand.
