Story

YPWD (Young People With Dementia)  “Singing for the brain” -  As YPWD’s most popular respite project The Harmony Choir provides carers and young people with dementia the chance to increased their self-esteem and gain a sense of role and purpose within their own communities.  With currently 30 participants taking part, we want to raise as much as possible to help them cover their annual costs of £5,500.

Lets help them keep this project running!!
