My challenge this year is to do my first triathlon...!

Adderstone Foundation have very kindly offered to match-fund the money I raise up to £300. 

All proceeds are going to Macmillan Cancer Support. I don't need to remind any of you how invaluable this charity is, every year they help thousands of people who are diagnosed with cancer. The support provided begins from the moment of diagnosis, through the treatment and beyond. 

Until a cure is found for this wicked illness Macmillan will always be there to support those who become ill and those close to them- this cannot happen without your support.

My swimming, cycling and running training is going well... I will keep you all posted over the next few weeks as to how I am getting on.
