We lost our beautiful Daughter Poppy 21 weeks into pregnancy. We found out at our 20 week scan that she had a poorly heart and a few other problems. A week later my waters broke and she was born sleeping on 11/11/15. She was the most beautiful, precious little girl that was too special for this world and the love we have for her will never fade. 

Instead of flowers for her funeral, we are asking for donations towards Hana's Gift charity. We were lucky in the fact we had our families support with the costs for a memorial for Poppy at St Faiths. But some families aren't so lucky. Hana's Gift are a local charity that aim to provide financial assistance with baby memorials to as many bereaved parents of babies and young children lost through late miscarriage, stillbirth or up to the age of 5 years old as possible in Norfolk & Suffolk.
