Myself and 27 other guys from pulse fitness will be completing the Hell & Back Mud run on the 21st of May. An 8km obstacle race ran through mud and bogs, while being shot at with paintballs and crawling through electric fencing just to mention a few!! This is all in aid of a great cause, Angel wishes do a great work for local children battling cancer, some terminal, some not. But in every case they aim to try put a smile and bring a little bit of joy and normality to that young child and family's life.
