In 2013, Gary King, Simon Webb and I completed a 260km challenge with the Marlow Half Marathon to raise money for Jack Warner. Sadly, Jack passed away several months later and in memory of him, I committed to running the Marlow Half Marathon every year until I can no longer physically do it. 

On our 260km trip, ALF provided us with kayaks, accommodation and promotion of the cause. We also commemorated the official opening of the ALF charity by delivering a flag which we carried from Longridge.

I will now be raising money for the charity in memory of Jack and in recognition of the fantastic work that they do. Thank you so much for any help and support you give them.
