Story
As you are aware, Richard died suddenly, at the age of 43, leaving his family and friends devastated. Many of his friends have since asked if they could send flowers. It was Richard’s wish that if anything ever happened to him, that something positive would come out of the situation, and that he would prefer donations to Emmanuel House rather than flowers. Emmanuel House supports and raises funds for the homeless, vulnerable and disadvantaged. Many people will also not know that Richard, volunteered his help for Emmanuel House, whenever he could.
All donations, will be passed to Emmanuel House and it goes without saying that there is no obligation whatsoever on anyone to send flowers or give donations.
At Richard’s funeral, there will also be a donation box available for anyone wishing to support instead the Intensive Care Unit at Stoke Mandeville hospital, who tried so hard to save Richard’s life. Once again, there is no expectation that people must contribute but we have had a lot of people asking what they could do.
We really appreciate all your support and kind messages and we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read this and for all the support shown. Barbara and family xxx
