Rochdale Dog Rescue is a charity close to my heart - saving abandoned dogs and finding them new homes. I walk these dogs and see them develop in confidence and their true characters shine through day by day. 

Without charities like Rochdale Dog Resue they wouldn't have a chance. RDR survive off donations, and all money I raise will go straight towards helping more dogs who have lost their homes and need to find new families.

I have chosen to run the Great Manchester half marathon as a personal challenge - to get me back into running and fitness, and give me something to aim for.
