I will be running 20km up Mount Cameroon on Valentine's Day! This is a gruelling race up a live volcanic mountain which is also the highest mountain in West Africa. I have been running a lot in the forest at Mefou but nothing can compare to running on steep volcanic terrain so I really need your help and support to help me get up that mountain! 

All of your donations will go to Ape Action Africa, a charity very dear to my heart - I am the charity's Director in Cameroon and we look after over 330 primates, including 20 gorillas and over 100 chimpanzees. I have lived and worked with them for almost 14 years and they never cease to amaze and fascinate me. We cannot let these majestic animals become extinct in our lifetime so please sponsor me and help these guys look forward to a brighter future.
