I want to raise money and awareness to a charity Crohns and Colitis UK.
Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis are the two main forms of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) - More than 300,000 people in the UK, with more than half being diagnosed when young.

Is there a cure? Not yet but your support could help find one.
