Hi All,

Jase and I are running the Great North Run next Sunday and have decided to raise money for the York branch of Age UK.

The Age UK team who work at the hospital and support the Emergency Department are an amazing group of people who go above and beyond the call of duty to help us safely discharge patients home.

I actually don't know what we would do without them so thought it would be a cool thing to raise them some money so they can carry on all the fab work they do and also as a way of saying thankyou.

If you have a few spare minutes and a few spare quids please help us reach our target !
