Hi friends,

I'm running another half marathon... a different one this year (missed the sign-up for Reading), so looking forward to a new route round Richmond.  I managed a 12 mile run in the pouring rain and wind recently - got to be prepared for all weathers in this country!  

I'll be running with 2 Yeldall residents who have never done a half marathon before and another supporter.  Money will go towards an activity break for residents, which I can say from experience is AMAZING (see pics) - first holiday of that kind for several of them, with chance to do things like horse riding, canoing and enjoying the countryside as well as build friendships with each other - a significant part of their recovery journeys.
