On Sunday 19th June,I will be walking for 21km( 13 miles) along the Thames Path from Windsor to Maidenhead to raise funds for Happy Child's project home for at risk teen age girls in Recife,North East Brazil.

Happy Child's vision is to rescue, restore and re-integrate street children and children at high risk back into their families and communities. It has rescued over 11,000 children in Brazil over the last 24 years.It has a project home in Recife which runs 24/7 to take in young teen age girls who may have become pregnant on the streets of Recife or got themselves into a difficult vulnerable situation.The funds are being raised to continue supporting the running of the project home.

This will be a real challenge for me and I would really appreciate your donations.
