This page is to help raise money for Lifecentre.  They are a small charity based in Sussex that are there to help victims of rape and abuse, regardless of gender, sexuality, sex or age.  They provide helplines nationwide and face-to-face counselling within Sussex.

I've chosen this particular charity over other larger charities because I've always felt that the smaller organisations have a much greater need for financial help and rely much more on donations than any other form of funding.

As many of you know, I am pretty terrified of birds, so setting out to actually hold one (or more) of these creatures will be a real challenge.  That's why I've opted for it...Doing a sky dive or some other such thing would be amazing but why would any of you want to pay for me to tick off something from my bucket list?

I'll be paying for the experience out of my own pocket and will drag a spectator along to take photos; I'm sure most of you would jump at the chance to see me freaking out when a feathered (friend/fiend???) is staring me in the eye.

The date I've given is just a provisional but as soon as one is confirmed I'll let you all know!
