This year Amy would have been 30 and I have decided to try to raise funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Comfort Fund in her memory.

The Comfort Fund is a Bristol based CF charity who support children and young adults suffering with the disease with their daily routine and improve their quality of life.

Cystic Fibrosis is one of the UK's most common, life-limiting, inherited diseases. The Comfort Fund supported Amy in many ways and it would be amazing to be able to give something back to them to support other sufferers.
