Story
Daniel was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma on his 15th birthday, which tore his and our world apart as we knew it, whilst receiving intensive chemotheropy Daniel had to under go major surgery to remove the tumour and replace the hip and part of the femur that was affected, After several weeks Daniel was given the news that the tumour was still there and made the decision to have his leg amputated from the hip, and also underwent surgery to remove tumours from both lungs, all the while remaining positive , happy and worrying about everyone close to him, after finishing chemo Dan was given the all clear in August but on a routine check up in November we were given the devastating news that the cancer had returned aggressively in his lungs and that although treatment was offered the cancer would return Daniel decided to stop treatment and lived life to the max until on the 4th of July he sadly passed away taking part of us with him.. In his memory we want to help other children having to go through this awful disease at a time when they should be just setting out on the adventure of life.. please help us raise money for this fantastic charity....Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
