This is an annual event for me, but this year its doubly exciting as I'm being joined by my mum, Sandra Dawson for the first time in cycling round the beautiful Norfolk lanes in support of the Frank Haines Memorial Trust. The trust supports excellent small charities working with young people in East London - giving them access to new opportunities, fun times and long term support.
