On Monday 11th July 2016, whilst on holiday in the Isle of Wight with his wife and best friend June, Chris tragically and unexpectedly passed away.

We are all still in shock, trying to come to terms with this devastating news, but have been overwhelmed by the amount of messages and support that we have received.

With this in mind we wanted to think of a fitting tribute to such a wonderful and caring man.

As many of you know Chris loved animals and always said he would much rather be surrounded by animals than people.

Whilst on holiday, Chris mentioned that he would like to donate gifts to the Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, that he and June had visited.

Therefore in memory of Chris we are requesting that rather than flowers at the funeral, a donation be made to their charity.
