I am a member of a wonderful charity called Essex Indians who are supporting many charities including MENCAP Chelmsford in 2016. This is their pledge for 2016.

This is a true challenge for me, as Ive never done a walk of this distance before. I have been training for it and hope to complete it in a decent amount of time.

Dear Friends,
Essex Indians is a non-profit voluntary group. We organise charity events for fund raising for various causes locally, nationally and internationally. This is the seventh year of our activity.
This year we will be doing three events
1.    A charity concert- Uttorsuri-Generation Next – 9th July, 2016 at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, West Kensington
2.    A sponsored run/walk -10k/5k/2k(people of all age groups and all abilities are welcome)-7th May, 2016 at Lake Meadows, Billericay
3.    A musical extravaganza- East meets West-2015- 5thNovember, 2016(KEGS, Chelmsford)
We are raising funds for National and International causes to support underprivileged people
2 International causes based in India
 Anwesha support service for Deaf and dumb children and Raina Orphanage in Bengal
2 National charities based in UK
Restless Beings, UK and MENCAP City of Chelmsford charity
