Hi everyone,

My name is Rhys Davidson,

I enjoy learning and teaching all aspects of hairdressing, I also enjoy many activities and interests, some of which are to continually help and be involved supporting different charities and support and my local community.

Within thesalon, we stock, promote and represent a first class leading hair productcalled “Schwarzkopf Professional”.

Schwarzkopf have given me the privilege and opportunity to be a part of their growing charity initiative called “Shaping Futures”.

This year “Shaping Futures” is heading to Jordan in Amman toteach the great art of hairdressing to underprivileged young adults. This projectis to help the young adults provide a greater living for themselves and others around them.

I have always had a passion to travel, a passion to help charities and a passion to help others who don't have the same opportunities asI have been fortunate to have accessed and achieved in my own life. To pass on my skills to others, to help better lives and promote hairdressing worldwide isa true privilege.

As “Shaping Futures” is a charity, I have pledged to raise anddonate a minimum of £2000.00 via fundraising using all my own efforts. I alsoneed ideas, support and help from friends, family, clients and my localcommunity.  I am hoping you will all bewilling to help and provide a contribution to this charity in some way (financial/time/support/ideas)no matter how small.. All will be greatly appreciated and most welcome!

In the coming monthsleading up to my trip I will be keeping everyone well updated with myfundraising efforts and events. I also hope to surprise and keep you interested inthe beauty of what “Shaping Futures” is all about.
