A massive thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Next year, to mark my 30th year, I'll be running the 2016 Virgin Money London Marathon. As well as a tick on the bucket list, more importantly, I will be raising money in aid of Shelter Cymru and the fantastic work they do.

The impact of recent economic and policy developments on homelessness, particularly welfare reform and cuts cannot be underestimated.

Shelter Cymru's aim is for everyone in Wales to have a decent home. Having a home is a fundamental right and essential to the health and well-being of people and communities. It campaigns for new ways of eliminating homelessness and housing need, changes in legislation, and policies and practices that will improve the long term housing and homelessness situations faced by thousands of people in Wales.

So if you can spare, even a small amount, it would be very much appreciated and can make a massive difference. Plus, any donation will guilt trip me into making sure I'm out on the roads, getting my training done!
