I’m taking part in a white collar boxing bout to try and raise as much money as I can for Indee Rose Trust in memory of my good friend Peter Daintree, and in memory of my amazing Nan & Grandad, Uncle Del and Grandad Mo who we've sadly lost recently. x

All of these people made so many people so happy and have left huge gaps in their families but also left those who knew them with many incredible memories. Their positive attitude towards life even in the face of adversity is what certainly encourages me to stay positive, appreciate the people close to me and make the most of life. 

My knees would never allow me to run a marathon and I don’t have a head for heights so jumping out of a plane was out of the question too. Anyone who knows me knows I've played
football most of my life.. and that I've never had a fight in my
life!!! ... so this is something completely new and will be
a huge physical test for me.

All sponsorship will be going to Indee Rose Trust. Even having felt the pain of losing someone close, I cannot comprehend the awful pain of losing a child. Jane and Russell, parents of Indee Rose, founded this charity in 2009 to
help Children and their families who have been diagnosed with brain or spinal tumor. Jane and Russell are incredible people and you can find out more about them and their amazing charity by visiting www.indeerosetrust.org/who-we-are/html. There are so many great charities and many who were great support to Pete and my Nan, Grandad, and Del but they all loved children and I know would all be very proud to know I am supporting this amazing charity.
