This is a challenge completely out of my comfort zone and a once in a life time opportunity. In November my 17 day bike ride starts in Bangkok and takes me through Cambodia finishing in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. I have several days where I need to cycle 90 km and in the heat and humidity it is going hard. Training has begun.....albeit quite slowly.   Until now the furthest I have cycled has been around Horsell Common so coping with 17 days in the saddle is going to be a very tough experience,

I have been so moved by the work that The Emily Ash Trust have done that I know the chaffing and the aching legs will be worth it. 

Please give generously as I am sure this will be a one off.....and afterwards I can't imagine ever getting on a bike again and I am sure I will have  a ceremonial bonfire of the lycra!
