For the second year running Im doing the 100 mile Prudential cycle from London to the Surrey Hills and back on 31 July.  

I got in on the ballot this time so I don't have a target to raise but I was so blown away by everyone's generosity last year I thought I'd try and raise a bit of money for a worthwhile local cause.

The Winch is an incredibly inspiring project in North London which works with thousands of children, young people and families to improve their chances in life. They tackle issues such as social exclusion, homelessness and gang involvement.  I've seen what they do and the money will be well used.
