So ..... why am I running?  For those of you who know me - I absolutely hate running, would do anything but run!  I usually only run once a year whilst holidaying, and that's it.  That said, it's almost a year since I have run anywhere so this 10k will be a huge challenge for me.  

Hector's House is a new charity helping with suicide prevention.  My business partner's son Hector took his own life at just 18 years old.  We all need to listen to others, we spend so much time not really listening, but just ticking boxes.    Hector's House are a very local charity (Tring) and very close to my heart.   With it being exam time for a lot of our children, the pressure is huge on them (and us).  It's about getting a balance in life, it's a difficult balance to get!  Help me to do a little bit by sponsoring me as generously as you can?  Thank you very much.
