In my year as Sheriff of Norwich, I have decided to challenge myself to run further than I have before in the Norwich 10k to raise funds for the Civic Charity 'It's on The Ball'.

'It's on The Ball' is a Norwich based charity which aims to raise awareness of Testicular Cancer and provide support to patients and family who are affected by the disease. Testicular Cancer is the most common form of cancer in young men, but, if detected in it's early stages, is curable in 98% of cases.

Any support, however small would be much appreciated and could make a real difference.
