Story
After months of spending our weekends on the saddle and countless spinning sessions, Daniel Elswood, Alexander Roberts and I will be spending 17 days cycling from London SE1 to Santiago de Compostela (Spain).
The Camino de Santiago is a famous pilgrimage ending at the Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, the burial place of the apostle Saint James. From London we will be travelling a total of 1,200 miles stopping off at the multiple checkpoints mentioned here on our blog: http://londoncamino2016.blogspot.co.uk/
If you would like to join us on this adventure please do so by donating and helping us raise money for two fantastic charities:
The Benevolent, The Drinks industry Charity. The Benevolent provides vital support to colleagues from the UK drinks industry who are facing serious illness, disability or a personal or family crisis. You can read more about how they help by visiting www.thebenevolent.org.uk/about-us/case-studies/.
And
Shelter who work to alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and bad housing. We help people find and keep a home. We campaign for decent housing for all. Our work won’t stop until there’s a home for everyone.
Many thanks in advance for any contributions!
