This ridiculous adventure, The Rickshaw Run, involves 3 weeks of perilous driving of a glorified lawnmower across the entire subcontinent (4000 km). This is not only an epic mental challenge of mind-boggling proportions that will hurl us into diarrhea-stricken culture shock. Turns out this whole ordeal is a fundraising event organized by The Adventurists, a UK based company that intends to make the world more exciting (and has raised over 5 millions GBP in the process). So, we are gaining an extraordinary experience while raising money to protect the rainforest in the Amazons through this NGO: Cool Earth. Pretty awesome indeed.
