In my 78th year I am planning to ride the 162 miles from Morecombe to Bridlington to raise money to complete the new Sunday School building at Croes Y Parc Baptist Church, Peterson-Super-Ely. This challenge will take me 4 days across the north of England. I'm starting the ride with a group of strangers that I hope will become friends!

We are only a small congregation but have a very big vision. We have raised enough money to start our build, but still need another tranche to finish it off.

The building will be used for youth and community work for the village and surrounding areas, as well as our Sunday school for the children and young people who currently come to the chapel.

We'll house all sorts of activities like counselling services, lunch club, drop in café and holiday clubs. There isn't anything like this in the surrounding area but there is a need.
